A graveside service for Bill will be held on Friday, Novemin Tower Hill Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. In addition to his parents & wife, Bill was preceded in death by his great grandson, Gavin Steed and sisters: Mary Emadine Smith & Lois McDonald. Smith, Tower Hill, IL 10 grandchildren 30 great grandchildren 1 great-great grandchild and sister, Pat (Wynn) Scott, Bradford, IL. Bill is survived by his children: William David (Trudy) Smith, Tower Hill, IL Christine (Mike) Coombs, Tower Hill, IL Kevin A. He enjoyed mechanical work and roller skating, so much so that he taught and did dance skating. He was also the owner of an antique business, had auctioneered at the sale barn for Gordon Price & was a landlord, where he could always be found working on the houses. He later worked in fabrication at Trailmobile Corporation in Charleston.
